Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

STM Group Plc (AIM:STM), the cross-border financial services provider, is pleased to announce that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 have been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy.

An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's website at www.stmgroupplc.com .

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on 17 June 2020 at Rockwood House, 9-17 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 3TW.  In view of the UK Government's guidance in force at the time of writing on travel and social distancing in response to COVID-19, it will not be possible for shareholders to attend the meeting. Instead, as set out on the Notice of Meeting on pages 63-65 of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Board encourages shareholders to vote on all resolutions by completing the proxy form appointing the Chairman of the meeting as your proxy. Questions for the meeting may be submitted by email to [e-mail], to be received by 4pm on Tuesday, 16 June 2020. Questions and answers will, where appropriate, be posted on the Company's website as soon as practicable following the conclusion of the meeting.
