Issue of Equity
Pursuant to the announcement made on 08 June 2007 regarding the acquisition of
Atlas Group, STM Group Plc (AIM:STM) has issued 371,622 Ordinary Shares of 0.1
pence each ('New Ordinary Shares') as part of the vendors consideration.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange plc and dealings are expected to
commence on 26 June 2007. The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares
in issue.
As a result, STM's issued share capital comprises 35,586,622 shares of common
stock of par value 0.1 pence each. All of these Ordinary Shares carry voting
rights.
