Solitaire Group plc ('Solitaire' or the 'Company')
Appointment of Director
Solitaire is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Read as a Director of
the Company, with immediate effect. Mr Read joins Solitaire following the recent
acquisition of Freehold Managers PLC where Mr Read is currently a director.
Mr Read currently holds directorships at citib@se plc, Barnship Limited, One St
Colme Street Limited, Echoback Limited and Citibase Limited. He also holds
Company Secretary positions at citib@se plc, One St Colme Street Limited and
Echoback Limited.
Over the previous five years Ian Read has been a director of First Distributor
Properties PLC, Ten Harley Street Limited and Ten Harley Street Services Limited
and was Company Secretary at Ten Harley Street Limited and Ten Harley Street
Services Limited. He no longer holds positions at any of these companies.
There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule Two, Paragraph(f)
(iii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules.
