The Company was notified on 18 January 2006 that on 13 January 2006 Eaglet
Investment Trust plc disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'). As a result of the disposal, Unicorn Asset
Management has a non-beneficial interest in 799,001 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 15.98 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
