Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for the admission of 19,673 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 p each fully paid
ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the Official List and
to trading.
These shares will be issued as deferred consideration for the acquisition of
Town & District Posters Limited (acquired on 30 November 2001).
Copies of this brochure are available for inspection from the Company
Announcements Office of the London Stock Exchange during the next two business
days and from Hoare Govett Ltd up to and including 14 days from date thereof.
