retain valued staff who are long-term employees by providing those reaching
specific employment anniversaries (10, 15, 20, 25 & 30 years) with SMG share
awards ranging in value from £250 to £2,000.

In recognition of reaching the 20th anniversary of his employment by the
Company, Donald Emslie, a director of SMG, today (17 May) was awarded the
