The various funds ('SISU funds') listed below acquired 38,135,363 SMG PLC
ordinary shares on the 19 December 2007.
SISU Capital Limited, acting as Investment Manager, announces under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules that SISU funds now control the exercise of
more than 3% of the voting rights in a UK issuer.
Please note that SISU funds hold 38,135,363 SMG PLC shares as per the below:
- SISU Capital Fund Ltd: 11,368,151 shares
- SISU Capital Fund LP: 3,893,621 shares
- SISU Capital Fund LIMITED II Ltd: 14,106,271 shares
- ARVO Master Fund, Ltd: 6,391,487 shares
- ARVO Fund II, Ltd: 2,375,833 shares
All together, these holdings account for 38,135,363 shares representing 4.0106%
of the issued share capital of SMG PLC.
