Further to the announcement made on 8 April 2014 regarding the acquisition of a portfolio of properties for ca. €46 million the Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition has now completed.

With this acquisition Summit has fully invested the funds raised on its Admission to AIM.

The Company also notifies that it will be announcing its 2013 and 2014 Q1 preliminary results on April 29^th.
