PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND AGM NOTICE

Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2014, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), is available for download on the Company's website www.sunriseresourcesplc.com and will be posted to shareholders early next week.

The AGM will be held on 5 February 2015 at 10.30 a.m. at Arundel House, 13-15 Arundel Street, Temple Place, London  WC2R 3DX.
