At a Board meeting of Sunrise Diamonds plc held on 7 December 2006 associated
with the release of the annual results (and at the end of the associated close
period), the Board resolved to issue warrants to the following Directors:


P.Cheetham :500,000

F.Johnstone:250,000

N.Herbert :250,000


Each warrant is convertible to one new ordinary share at the price of 2.75 pence
per share (the closing mid market price on 7 December 2006) at any time within 5
years from the date of issue, being 7 December 2006.


As a result of this issue of warrants the total number of warrants currently
held by each Director is as follows:

P. Cheetham : 1,000,000

F. Johnstone : 750,000

N. Herbert : 750,000
