Director/PDMR shareholding

SuperGroup plc announces that James Holder, one of the Company's founders and its Brand and Design Director, has today sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 1,011 pence per share. The sale was due to personal circumstances associated with recent divorce proceedings.

Following this transaction James Holder retains a holding of 9,850,003 Shares in the Company, representing 12.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
