Director/PDMR shareholding

SuperGroup plc announces that on 16 December 2013, Chris Griffin, one of the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), sold 11,469 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 1,297.2 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Griffin retains no shares in the Company.
