Proposal to withdraw resolution at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
The Board of Superdry announces that, with the consent of the meeting, it is proposed to withdraw resolution six, relating to the re-election of Nick Gresham as a director, at the AGM of the Company on 22 October 2020, given his resignation on 15 October 2020.
