DIVIDEND DECLARATION

 

The Board of Directors of Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR) has today declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 April 2018 to 30 June 2018 of 1.375 pence per ordinary share, payable on or around 21 August 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 26 July 2018. This dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") in respect of the Company's tax-exempt property rental business.

The Company has now declared four dividends totalling 5.5 pence per ordinary share for the financial period from incorporation on 1 June 2017 to 30 June 2018, achieving the Company's dividend objective at IPO.
