Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces the following trades in the ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Mads Jensen, Managing Director of the Company and by Yasmin Jensen, a person closely associated ("PCA"), with Mads Jensen.

The purchase of 83,696 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.83 per share by Yasmin Jensen on 1 June 2022 and the sale of 83,696 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.83 per share by Mads Jensen on 1 June 2022.

Mads Jensen directly or indirectly holds 1,591,767 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 79.59% of the Company's voting rights. Yasmin Jensen now holds 104,716 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 5.24% of the Company's voting rights.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further information.
