Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), a leading provider of innovation management software and consultancy, is pleased to announce that following completion of a successful pilot project, it has signed a two-year software and consulting services contract with a leading speciality chemicals manufacturer. No financial details have been disclosed.

Imaginatik's Innovation Central platform will be used by the customer to facilitate its R&D innovation efforts and to implement best practice around business processes.
