HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY

The Company announced on 26 October 2011 that Mark Turrell no longer holds interests in shares in the Company. This announcement was made on the basis of a statement made to it by Mr Turrell. The Company had not received any information from the entity or person to whom those interests had been transferred. On 27 October 2011, the Company received notification from Yvonne Lindow, Mark Turrell's wife, that she now holds 72,180,813 ordinary shares of 0.0625p each in the Company, representing approximately 16.88 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares. As a result of the relationship between Yvonne Lindow and Mark Turrell, he is deemed both for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006 and the AIM Rules for Companies to be interested in these shares.
