Issue of Equity
Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of technology products and consultancy, announces that on 1 October 2013, the Company issued 16,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.0625 pence in the share capital of Imaginatik ("Ordinary Shares") in payment of professional services.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 7 October 2013.
Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 2,934,915,443 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 2,934,915,443. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
