                               Notice of Results

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), the leading provider of innovation and collaborative
problem solving software and process will be reporting its preliminary results
for the year ended 31 March 2007 on Tuesday 12 June 2007.

This is the Company's first set of results since admission to AIM in December
2006.

In a trading update in March 2007, the Company announced that it expected
turnover for the year ended 31 March 2007 to be approximately £2.5m. This
compares to £1.4m in 2006, an increase of nearly 80%.
