Allotment of New Ordinary Shares following exercise of Warrants
Surface Transforms plc announces that it has allotted 51,733 new ordinary shares
following the exercise of 49,000 Financial Arranger Warrants at a price of 50p
per share and the exercise of 2,733 Offer Warrants at 70p per share. Application
has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market and dealings in the new shares are expected to commence on
13th January, 2004.
