Surface Transforms Plc ('the Company')
Notifiable interest
The Company received notification on 18th March, 2004 that between 9th March
2004 and 16th March, 2004, Mr David Levis disposed of a total of 135,000
ordinary shares and is now beneficially interested in 280,001 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 2.94 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
As a result, Mr Levis no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share
capital of the Company.
