Issue of Share Options
On 13 January, 2005 the Company announced the appointment of Mr Kevin Johnson as
Operations Director and Mr Antoni Sznerch as Business Development Director.
At the time of their appointment they were entitled to receive options to
subscribe for ordinary shares.
Consequently, on 4 April, 2005, the Company granted Mr Johnson and Mr Sznerch
options over 50,000 and 35,000 ordinary shares, respectively.
The options have been granted under the Company's Enterprise Management
Incentive ('EMI') Scheme at an exercise price of 50 pence per share,
representing a premium of 29.9 per cent. over the closing middle market price on
4 April, 2005, and are exercisable at any time between 5 April, 2008 and 5
April, 2015.
