Notice of Preliminary Results, Analyst Meeting and Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE), manufacturers of carbon fibre reinforced ceramic brake discs, announces that it expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2016 on 10 October 2016.

In conjunction with the Company's preliminary results, Surface Transforms management will host an analyst presentation at 09:30 a.m. on 10 October 2016 at the offices of finnCap Ltd, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ.  Attendees are requested to pre-register by emailing the Company at [e-mail]

The Company also expects to hold its AGM at 11.00 a.m. on 29 November 2016 at the offices of finnCap Ltd, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ.  Formal notification of the AGM will be posted to shareholders in due course, together with the Company's Annual Report and Accounts.
