Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer and manufacturer of innovative surgical devices, announces that Stuart Moran, Technical Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect in order to pursue other interests. The Group is reviewing its current Board structure and intends to make a further announcement in due course.
Doug Liversidge, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, commented: 'The Board would like to extend its thanks to Stuart for his hard work and dedication to Surgical Innovations and he leaves with our best wishes for the future.'
