Sutton Harbour Holdings plc (the 'Company')
Bonus Issue of Shares
Following the approval of the necessary resolution at the Company's AGM on 11th
July 2007, the Board confirms that the Company is now able to effect the bonus
issue that was proposed to shareholders at the AGM. Accordingly all
shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28th August 2007 will
receive one new ordinary share of 25p for each ordinary share held on that date.
Application will therefore be made for 25,242,290 new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that the new shares will be
admitted to CREST and will commence trading on AIM on 29th August 2007.
Certificates will be sent to shareholders who hold their shares in certificated
form by 31st August 2007. Following the issue of the new ordinary shares under
the bonus issue the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be
50,484,500 ordinary shares of 25p each.
