                             Director Shareholdings


The Company has been informed that on 29 November 2007, Michael Knight, Nigel
Godefroy, Natasha Gadsdon, Malcolm Pearce, Sheridan Brimacombe and Timothy
Bacon, all Directors of the Company ('Directors'), bought a total of 36,000
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price
of £1.25 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, the Directors have a total
beneficial and non-beneficial holding of 987,398 Ordinary Shares, representing
1.96 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company. The
Directors' individual holdings and percentages are set out below:
