The Company has been informed that on 25 March 2009 Nigel J Godefroy, Group Chief Executive and Director of the Company, bought 6,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). Mr Godefroy paid 42p each for 2,500 Ordinary Shares and 43p each for 4,000 Ordinary Shares. Following these purchases Mr Godefroy has a total beneficial and non-beneficial holding of 151,332 Ordinary Shares representing 0.299% of the current issued share capital.
