Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that it was today informed that Mr N J
Godefroy (Finance Director), Mr D B Godefroy (Managing Director) and Mr J
Humphrey (Operations Director) each purchased 1,000 shares in the Company at a
price of 147.5 pence per share on 25 July 2001.
