Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that it was informed on 25 September 2002
that Mr Malcolm Pearce, Non Executive Director purchased 50,000 shares in the
company at a price of 150 pence per share on 25 September 2002. Mr Pearce is
now deemed to be interested in 90,000 shares in the company representing
approximately 0.74 per cent. of the issued share capital.
Sutton Harbour Holdings also announces that it was informed on 25 September 2002
that the Johnson Executive Pension Scheme, in which Mr Malcolm Pearce,
Non-Executive Director, purchased 9,000 shares in the Company at a price of 150
pence per share on 25 September 2002. The Johnson Executive Pension Scheme is
now deemed to be interested in 9,000 shares in the company representing
approximately 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital
