Sutton Harbour Holdings announces that it was informed on 1 July 2004 that Mrs M
E Winser, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 250,931 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 220 pence per share.



Mrs Winser is now deemed to be beneficially interested in 885,731 shares,
representing approximately 7.29 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
