Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC announces that with effect from 31 August 2004
Malcolm Iley will stand down as a Director for personal reasons.

In addition the Company is pleased to announce that following his retirement as
Managing Director this September, Duncan Godefroy will remain a Non-Executive
Director of the Company.
