The Company announces the appointment of Jason William Hyde Schofield (age 41) 
to the Board of Sutton Harbour effective 1st December 2007. The following 
information is disclosed in accordance with Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the
AIM  Rules:

During the previous five years Michael was a director of Crest Nicholson (South
West) Limited (left 21 June 2006).

Jason holds 4,000 ordinary shares in Sutton Harbour.

There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of 
the AIM Rules.
