Appointment of director
The Company announces the appointment of Anthony David Everett (age 58) to the
Board of Sutton Harbour Holdings plc as a non-executive director effective from
1st January 2006. Mr Everett is the chairman of Netrank Limited and deputy
chairman of Pendennis Shipyard (Holdings) Ltd. Mr Everett is also a consultant
to and chairman of the corporate directors panel of FF & P Private Equity.
The following information is disclosed in accordance with Schedule Two,
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

Anthony holds 1,000 ordinary shares in Sutton Harbour Holdings plc.
