AIR SOUTH WEST ANNOUNCES TWO NEW ROUTES

Air South West Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Sutton Harbour Holdings
plc, announces today that from 11 April 2005 it will start new services from
Newquay Cornwall Airport to Bristol, Leeds and Dublin.
