Sutton Harbour Holdings plc
("the Company")
PROPERTY LEASE UPDATE
Further to the announcement on 27 February 2015, the Company is pleased to report that following the grant of planning approval by the Local Planning Authority, the lease of the 6,909 sq ft Jamaica House premises at Guy's Quay, Sutton Harbour, to Boston Tea Party has now been completed. The fit out of the historic building in a prime waterfront location of Plymouth is now underway, and the expected opening date is on schedule for the beginning of the Summer in June 2015, adding another outlet to the popular café/restaurant/ bar concept chain which already has 15 established operations across the South West of England and Midlands.
This coincides with the news that planning consent has also been granted to a third party for the redevelopment of the Bretonside Bus Station which, from the Company's perspective, will improve and more importantly provide additional strategic links from the city's retailing core to the areas around Sutton Harbour, further promoting it as a major gateway to Plymouth's world class waterfront.
