PROPERTY LETTING UPDATE
Sutton Harbour Holdings, the AIM listed waterfront regeneration and destination specialist,is pleased to report completion of a property letting.
A new tenancy agreement has been completed for the 3,818 sq ft (345m2) premises, with outside terrace, at Little Vauxhall Quay a prime waterfront site at the heart of the renowned Barbican area of Sutton Harbour, Plymouth. The new tenant, The Stable, a subsidiary of Fullers Brewery, has signed a 15 year lease adding an eighth operation to the popular bar/restaurant operation which offers craft ciders and artisan quality pizzas.
The new tenancy runs without break from the former tenancy, which was due to expire in 2019, and the Company reports that its letting occupancy rate is unchanged at 89%.
Following a fit out period, The Stable expects to be operational early in 2015.
