Grant of Options

In accordance with the resolutions approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 29 December 2011, the Company has today granted 13,000,000 options to directors, employees and consultants under the Sylvania Platinum Option Plan.  Details of the Options, including the terms and conditions are set out in the attached Appendix 3B and the Notice of AGM and Explanatory Memorandum lodged with ASX and notified via RNS on 30 November 2011. 

The options held by Directors are summarised in the table below:
