Symphony Environmental Technologies, the degradable plastics company, announces
that it has approved the allotment of 1,600,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each
('New Ordinary Shares') in respect of a conversion of loan stock.
The New Ordinary Shares will on admission rank pari passu in all respects with
the existing ordinary shares in the Company and application has been made for
the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM. Admission is expected to become
effective at 8.00 a.m. on 3 October 2007.
