Symphony Environmental Technologies PLC ('the Company')
Issue of Equity
Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc, the degradable plastics and waste to
energy group, announces that following the announcements made on 4 December 07
and 28 December 07, and following the passing of the relevant resolutions at the
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 28 December 2007, a
further 7,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company were placed with Hunter
Hall's unit trusts, including the recently launched Global Deep Green Trust
('Hunter Hall'), at a price of 5p per new ordinary share (the 'Placing Shares').
An initial 7,000,000 new ordinary shares were placed with Hunter Hall on 4
December 2007.
The Company confirms that the Placing Shares were issued and allotted.
Additionally, application was made to the London Stock Exchange, and the Placing
Shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 7 January 2008.
