Purchase of Own Shares
Symphony International Holdings Limited ("Symphony" or the "Company") (LSE: SIHL) announces that on 12 May 2017, the Company purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of US$0.8516 per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase and cancellation of shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 515,963,811 ordinary shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 515,963,811. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules,
