Appointment of Non-Executive Director and Senior Sales Advisor
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of David Mason to the Board
of the Company as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Mason will
assist the company with strategic planning, business development and corporate
governance and will sit on the Remuneration and Audit Committees. As previously
indicated, John Gunn will be stepping down as a non-executive director at the
AGM to pursue other interests.
David Andrew Mason, 57, has many years worth of experience in the
telecommunications and software development industry having delivered
consultancy services in over 40 countries. Mr Mason was the founder and Chief
Executive of the Mason Group from 1993 till 2004. He made the Mason Group into
the UK's leading independent telecoms/IT consultancy (Industry Research Group
survey) with over 200 staff, offices in Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin
and an annual fee income of over £21m with extensive list of the blue chip UK
and international clients, including 34 of the FTSE 100 and public sector
bodies.
David is currently a director of MMZ Limited, a corporate finance advisory firm,
and Bridestone Management Services Ltd, a management services provider. He is
also a non-executive Director of NET2S Group the EuroNext listed international
IT consultancy.
The Board also announces the appointment of Chris Wyles as senior advisor to the
Company's sales team. Mr Wyles brings with him an extensive knowledge of fixed
and mobile Telecomms industry in EMEA. He has a proven track record in building
an EMEA telecomms business from absolute zero to $50M revenue in his three years
at Clarent Corporation. Chris also has a demonstrable track record of building
customer rapport across international cultures.

David Mason's previous directorships in the last five years are Mason
Communications Limited, Mason Group Limited, Catalyst IT Partners Limited, Mason
Site Finder Limited and Patrick Farfan Associates Ltd. There are no further
disclosures to be made under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies.
