Synchronica (AIM: SYNC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert
Mahalski as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect.
Robert Mahalski has been a keen follower, supporter and shareholder in
Synchronica for three years. He brings a wealth of experience in the City and in
dealing with shareholders. Mr Robert George Hoad Mahalski (38) is currently an
Associate Member of UK stockbroker Charles Stanley. Prior to joining Charles
Stanley, Mr Mahalski was employed at stockbroker Durlacher Ltd between 1992 and
2003.
Mr Mahalski is to replace Stephen Sadler, a Non-executive Director for the past
three years, who has resigned from the Board because of other business
commitments.
David Mason, Non-Executive Chairman said: "We look forward to working with
Robert, who brings significant skills and experience to the Board, which we
believe will be of great help to the Company. I would like to take this
opportunity to thank Stephen for his contribution to Synchronica. He has
assisted greatly in steering Synchronica safely through a period of significant
upheaval."
There are no further disclosures to be made regarding this appointment pursuant
to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
