Synchronica plc ("Synchronica" or "the Company", ticker AIM: SYNC) was notified
on 16 April 2007 that as at 13 April 2007:

Man Financial Limited held a total of 3,662,900 voting rights in the Company
which, as at that date, represented approximately 10.06% of the total voting
rights of the Company.

Subsequent to today's placing of 43,750,000 New Ordinary Shares, however, the
holdings of Man Financial Limited now represents approximately 4.57% of the
total voting rights of the Company.
