Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Notification in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification on 31 July 2006 from J O Hambro Capital
Management Limited on behalf of FF&P Small Cap UK Equity Fund, a sub-fund of 
FF&P Global Equities Umbrella Fund that as a result of a sale of 600,000 shares 
on 28 July 2006 they now have an interest in 1,232,000 shares representing 3.39% 
of the issued share capital of the Company.
