              Preliminary Results for the Year to 31 December 2005


Synchronica, an international developer and provider of mobile device management
and synchronisation solutions, will be announcing preliminary results for the
year to 31 December 2005 on Tuesday 25 April 2006. The Company confirms that
revenue for the year to 31 December 2005 is in line with the market forecast of
£3.0 million.

A meeting for analysts will be held on 25 April at 11 a.m. at the offices of
Tavistock Communications Ltd, 8th floor, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London, EC2A 1NT
