The Company was informed on 25 November 2009 of the following
transactions in the ordinary shares of 20p  each  in the  capital
of  the  Company ('Ordinary Shares').



On 25 November 2009, David Coghlan, Chairman (Non-executive
Director), purchased 10,428 Ordinary Shares at a price of 147 pence
per share. Following this transaction Mr Coghlan's total interest in
the Company is 2,094,546 Ordinary Shares representing 11.92%. of the
Company's total issued share capital.



On 25 November 2009, Dennis Bate, Non executive Director, purchased
46,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 147 pence per share. Following
this transaction Mr Bate's total interest in the Company is 146,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.83%. of the  Company's total issued
share capital.
