Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed of the following  transactions in the
ordinary shares of  20p each in the capital of the  Company
('Ordinary Shares').

Yesterday the Company was informed that on 23 June 2008, Peter Rae,
Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 132 pence per share. The Company was also informed today that on
the 25 June 2008, Peter Rae, Non-Executive Director, purchased a
further 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 133 pence per share.

Following these transactions Mr Rae's total interest in the Company
is 213,302 Ordinary Shares representing 1.3 per cent. of the
Company's total issued share capital.
