Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed on 24 February 2010 of the following transaction in the
ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
On 24 February, John Shepherd, Chief Executive Officer, bought 40,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 150 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr
Shepherd's total interest in the Company is 410,338 Ordinary Shares representing
2.33% of the Company's total issued share capital.
