Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") on 17^th May 2012 purchased, in accordance with the ESAP's rules 306  ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 289 pence each as part of the Company's final dividend.

Following the purchases, the following Directors of the Company have the following interests in the Company's issued share capital:
