Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that on 11 March 2020, Darren Alder, a PDMR of the Company, exercised options over shares which had vested under the performance criteria of its Performance Share Plan ("PSP")  and sold the shares at a price of £1.485 per share as follows:
